"Paying for location/panorama and on-site restaurant and bar"

Great location. Good hotel facilities, room more limited.

Room had some cleanliness issues, probably one off. Outside light for unit was malfunctioning so walking upstairs in the dark, no conditioner which I would expect for the price. Not bottle opener. No ice/icebox portion of mini fridge not functioning.Mattress had large label across lower portion which was very noticeable and uncomfortable. Pillows were all same type, so if you weren’t happy with it couldn’t switch for one of the others.

"Comfortable and modern hotel on the beach and very near Pancake rocks."

The location of this hotel is wonderful - right on the beach, but also easy walking distance to the Pancake Rocks. The room was comfortable for 3 people.

The view to the ocean was a bit obstructed. Views are very important to us, for a relaxing late evening on the balcony)

Location, amenities, restaurant and staff. Shout out to Ethan at reception and Bonn at the restaurant. We thought we would try the restaurant on our first night and it was so great we went back for dinner on the second night.
