The staff were happy and the fridge was clean, and the bed was comfy

While showering I stood on a large crack in the plastic shower floor that pinched my foot. The bathroom floor had a crack in the tiles and the grouting on the walls had mold on them. In the kitchen area the microwave was so high I needed a chair to reach it. On looking inside of the microwave, it hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival. The window blind was very dirty. I asked at the office for a dish cloth, and was given, to use, a hand towel with a stain on it. Later I realised the pillow didn't have a pillow slip so asked the cleaner for one.

The area near the reception there was stuff on the lawn and the lawn needed mowing. Maybe there were doing renovations to one of the rooms?

I liked the location, the hotel was situated in the centre of the locations I needed, the simplicity of the room, free parking The staff were polite and hospitable The room was tidy and neat, cosy and convenient The hotel room was not very large but served it's purpose for me (somewhere to sleep) The other guests were quiet I couldn't hear through the walls just a few footsteps from the upper floor I really enjoyed my stay Would definitely recommend on a limited budget

This hotel was perfect for me, I'm easy to please If you require high class then the grounds won't suit you (and why are you even looking for affordable accommodation) not unkept just old and shows signs of ageing
