"Exceptional"

The location before visiting Mt Ruapehu is only 20minutes drive away from the motel!! :) My family of 9 were coming from the Wairarapa, therefore we’re going to check in late after office hours, I contacted the facility about this and staff was very friendly, giving instructions to late check in process. Upon arrival, the heaters for both rooms were turned on, making it warm and toasty. The rooms we stayed in all night were very nice and warm despite being closed to Mt. Ruapehu. The bedding, kitchen and bathroom cleanliness was superb! Would recommend!

"Not worth of the money spent"

Town nearby was perfect for quick shopping

The shower was disgustingly bad, drain was blocked, there was no shampoo, conditioner, soap provided.

It was want we wanted for 4 people was handy to things nice and clean

Having to go through a bedroom to go to toilet,and shower over the bath was a bit high to get into
