"Good for 1 night stop on way to somewhere like bay of islands or the cape"

It was a basic but clean room and met our needs. VFM was ok but we stayed in Sanctuary Palms in Paihia fir the next 4 nights for just a few more pounds and that was super exceptional.

It was fine nothing to dislike

The overall layout of unit, cleanliness and the lovely pool which we used daily!

Kitchen and bathroom are a bit dated which is fine but kitchen floor looked like Lino been pulled up and not yet replaced.

"Adequate for what I needed - small things make the difference though."

was in the back over looking the rear of the facility was adequate for what I needed

provided several bits of feedback direct to the site regarding maintenance and room prep and still waiting on a requested copy of the invoice to be emailed as requested upon checking out.
