Didnt enjoy it at all. The owners were real to my brother

Very friendly staff, very understanding and approachable. Facilities are great for the price

Pool was dirty unable to swim in it. Room was musty and damp, and not very clean. Very disappointing

When staying at the bay of Islands this Motel is comfortable, great bed, great shower and quiet.

Arrived in New Zealand a few weeks ago. Gov. said anyone arriving in last 2 weeks would have to self quarantine for 2 weeks. (We found out from an I-site that we were still ok to travel). We had decided that if we had to quarantine, we would choose the Casa Bella Motel. We had stayed here 2 nights last year and liked it that much! Good internet, expanded cable channel and great staff. Will be back next year.

The furnishings were very old, the wifi internet didn't work. Worst of all, there are bed bugs and we had to deal with getting rid of them from our stuff. Would never stay here again.

The place was a little run down, left some biltong in the counter for an hour and came back to find it covered in ants. The kettle had a brown layer of scum coating the inside. Pool was off limits due to owners private event.

Really enjoy staying here. The staff are fantastic - so pleasant and helpful from the Cleaners to the Managers/Owners. The only problem is the car parking when you have a Ute / Wagon things tend to get a little tight...but we manage.

Quite nice and quiet. Got a small pool. Close to center. Nice people in the reception.

The swimming pool was nice. The room and ensuite were very dated and there wasn't a smoke alarm.
