Location. And that was all.

Me, my wife, and my 12-year-old daughter arrived on the evening of Friday, 2 May. I’m not kidding, the first thing the guy at the reception said was, “How stupid you were, you paid a much higher price using a booking app to make your reservation.” I then asked him to cancel it, but he said he couldn’t do anything and wasn’t even going to try. We got our keys and came to a room that had not been cleaned properly. There was garbage in the bins, empty toilet rolls in the bathroom, and sand on my daughter’s bed. We went down to talk to the same attendant again. I asked him politely to change my room or cancel my booking, and I started to tell him how the room was. The man started yelling at me, “Why are you stressing? Ah? Why?”, shaking with anger in his eyes, and then he just threw the key to the new apartment onto the desk. I’ve travelled a lot and had never experienced something like this before. I really don’t want to know what that man’s problem was, but he really shouldn’t be working with people. He gave us the worst impression possible of the hotel. He was the hotel’s presentation card, a total fiasco. Me and my family felt threatened. Things could have escalated a lot if I had been alone. Dangerous place, stay away from there.
