All good no issues at all

Second time here and will always be our place to stay in Dunedin. Well set out and very homely.

The management were friendly and helpful. They even did our washing for us.

A little noisy early in the morning but that's what you get in a busy road.

Large room with everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Owners very friendly

Since we had a car, the location, away from downtown, was okay. The area was residential and despite being on a busy road, we had no noise inside our suite, especially since the bedroom was in the back of the suite. The living area was large with a sofa and two extra single beds, a dining room table and chairs and a separate kitchen and bath. The bedroom was a good size with extra closet space and had night tables (much appreciated). There were no plugs in the bedroom accessible for phones, etc. but the kitchen and dining area as well as the LR area each had a plug in for devices. The laundry was available for free and there was an outside line for drying as well as dryers. Very spacious. Parking for our room was on the street but other units had parking inside the building's parking area.

The bed was a bit soft but otherwise all was good. Would have preferred parking within the lot rather than on the street but everything was fine.

Older but clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Kitchen well equipped.

Bathroom floor was clean but flooring old and worn. Decor a little dated.

Very clean, quiet room. Helpful staff on places to go. Very handy to town and places we were going to.
