La ubicación, la parada de metro y tran está en la misma puerta

Los colchones eran incómodos, se clavaban los muelles. El agua caliente de la bañera tardaba muchísimo en llegar, además de sin fuerza. Mucho ruido exterior.

The location.

It is a very very outdated property. The power sockets are behind tables, nightstand doubles up as the coffee station, linoleum on the bathroom floor was peeling, there was no cloth hanger, tower rail in the washroom, I wasn’t informed that my room was on the 2nd floor, with no help to take the luggage up, the room had no lock from the inside, so I had to jimmy a chair against it to feel safe, where do I start!

La relación calidad/precio/ubicación está muy bien. El personal es muy amable. Te guardan las maletas durante el día.

La habitación con cama de matrimonio es algo pequeña, pero para una estancia en la que solo la pisamos para dormir ha estado muy bien. El horario del check out es a las 10.

El precio y la ubicación, muy bien. El trato del personal, muy amables.

Hemos estado varias noches y hemos cambiado de habitación porque hicimos la reserva en varias fechas. La tercera noche nos dieron habitación en la primera planta con dos camas independientes y eran bastante más incómodas que la cama doble que tuvimos antes.

"Great cheap base for exploring Edinburgh if one is not bothered about quality of hotel"

Bed sheets and towels were clean Left to our own devices, the manager is absent but gave us his mobile to call at any time (may be a dislike to others)

Cold shower Only the top windows open (gets warm) TV is useless. Some channels don't appear when you select them. Skirtings etc. in desperate need of repair/painting/cleaning It was billed as a 'Deluxe' single room. One could get them with the Trades Description Act!

"Good budget option"

Very close to Haymarket station and tram stop. Our room was small but clean, quiet and had a nice outlook over rear gardens. An old building but a good value option.

Outside appearance could be improved to be more welcoming.
