Lovely view. Breakfast included. Clean comfortable room.

Stairs made getting luggage up an issue. Connection to tv service was a pain. Can be busy at cafe for breakfast.

Reaaly good place to stay if you-re too tired to go back to Queenstown while visiting Milford Sound. The room was big enough, there is a small kitchen, bathroom was ok. We upgraded to a hot tub room and that is worth it.

It could use some renovation.

What a lovely stay. You couldn't asked for a more attentive front office lady. Our room was perfect for our stay and the spa was awesome. Would definitely rebook if ever to visit again. .

Amazing host at the reception who gave us all the local food and attraction suggestions! Very attentive and helpful. Room was cosy, spacious and perfect for a 1-2 night stop through Te Anau. Waterfront was close and walkable too!
