We had a wonderful stay at Anchorage Motel Apartments and would happily stay again. The rooms were impressively spacious, comfortable, and very well set up. Having a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed made the stay easy and convenient. The heating was excellent, which was especially appreciated in Te Anau, and despite being close to town, it was wonderfully quiet at night. The DVD collection was a nice touch and something a little different that added to the cosy feel of the place. A special mention to Gaki at the front desk, who was an absolute angel. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, and made a great stay even better with her kindness and hospitality. A genuinely lovely place to stay with generous rooms, thoughtful amenities, and excellent service.
