Hanmer Springs is such a lovely place. Our chalet was excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend this place

We had to pull the mattresses onto the floor to sleep as the beds were so bad they sagged in the middle so much it was impossible to sleep on them without wrecking our backs by morning.

Chalet number 12 was a pleasant surprise, bigger than expected, well appointed, very clean and had good outlook. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
