Greenacres Alpine Chalets & Villas

Super comfy beds and a great family unit. Super location with a view. Amazing large chalet for the whole family and the car port was a huge bonus too! Wonderful to have a full kitchen with oven and even a dining room table/chairs.

Fairly outdated but extremely clean and a lovely huge space.

The chalet was freestanding with parking at the door. Spacious and roomy with a separate bedroom. Great shower. Really liked the kitchen/servery area layout. Close to centre of town and an easy walk to restaurants and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools. As the motel is situation up Conical Hill Road there were lovely views of the surrounding area. We enjoyed our one night stay and would definitely stay there again.

As with a lot of the places we stayed on this 2 week tour of the South Island, we found there was limited hanging space for towels in the bathroom. There was plenty of wall space where additional towel rails could be provided. This would be my only "complaint" or suggestion.

Peaceful location, but still close enough to the town.

Convenient location, exceptionally clean, facilities have been upgraded.

There was an old stove in the kitchen, the top elements worked well but the oven function was limited.
