Everything! Voula is fantastic as a hostes. The view is amazing. The pool, breakfast, bedroom size, everything is perfect.

Amazing location, pool area was fantastic. Owners and staff were lovely, big shout to Panos who is a top guy!

We liked everything about the property. It clearly exceeded our expectations that were already high. Not only the owners and the staff are amazing but you can tell they take very very good care of the hotel. We have never stayed at a hotel so impeccable. It is very well maintained and clean. The room gets cleaned every day. It has a breathtaking view on Petani bay. Breakfast was the best we ever had with local products.

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean and the view from the hotel is magnificent- beautiful spot to sunbathe all day and eat (a great) breakfast with a view. It was so quiet too which made it very peaceful

Every time when we had a shower, there was a pool in the bathroom. This needs to get fixed.

Hotel is located in a great position which is close to one of the most beautiful beaches of Kefalonia (Petanoi) with only 5’ by car. Really good options of seafood/ Greek cuisine etc can be found close to the premises, too. Sea views are also astonishing and the owners keep their promise by maintaining a relaxing environment full of serenity. Staff is always helpful, willing to assist, polite and professional. Hotel amenities and rooms are in very good condition, internet connection is perfect and room was spacious. Breakfast and cleaning services are also very good/ excellent. You deserve to pay for all the above and it is OK to give a premium for the aforementioned pros

I have to say that a 4-star hotel should theoretically have a restaurant to offer meals. This is also strictly mentioned in Booking but you only have the option to order snacks from the bartender close to the pool area. Moreover, the owner seemed to be totally unprepared for the abnormal July heatwave: not even one ceiling fan close to the breakfast area, this was not only a bad experience for the customers, but also a torture for the staff. I totally understand that this is not an ordinary summer day in Kefalonia, but at the end this is a 4-star hotel and expectations are higher compared to a mid/ low range alternatives. Pricing in the pool bar was found salty but this is subjective and since I am a Greek customer with knowledge of country’s economic factors, I might be a little biased.
