"Beautiful but deceiving "

We were lured by the good reviews and the beautiful location of the hotel. Sadly, we felt rather unwelcome and not cared for by the staff at multiple occasions. Also, we had high expectations of the food - based on the good reviews - but, unfortunately, this was also a letdown both in terms of the quality of the food and the service itself. We will not be returning. With that said, the dog was cute, the pool was nice, and the hotel in great condition.

Im Oktober hat es ausserhalb der Hauptsaison nur wenige Gäste. Für den Weg zum Strand ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig.

"Bel hôtel avec vue sur la mer."

Hôtel très bien situé, près des plages, à une quinzaine de Km d'Héraklion. Restaurant et piscine très agréables, avec vue sur la mer. Personnel accueillant et chaleureux.

Super hotel, très propre et très chaleureux! Transport aux plages de Made et ligaria disponible gratuitement dès l'hotel! Très bon repas et super staff!!! Dominika prendra soins de vous!!!!

"Complesso residenziale molto bello"

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in camera doppia. L'angolo cottura è piccolo e sufficiente solo per la colazione. La vista è splendida e ripaga dell'arredamento spartano..più che cretese. L'accoglienza, la posizione e la cucina sono i punti forti

"Clean, friendly family run apartments. "

Our stay was fantastic. The family was very welcoming. Couldn't fault them! The restaurant had some very good quality food. The apartment was clean and came with wifi and aircon. Would definitely recommend to friends. It's worth having a car if you stay for a long break.

"Schitterend hotel met vriendelijke familie"

We hebben enorm genoten De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en stonden al op ons te wachten bij aankomst. Er hangt een rustige en ontspannen sfeer. Het eten is er heerlijk. Soula (mama) kookt elke dag zelf met verse producten (uit eigen tuin) het is een hotel voor iedereen van baby tot aan ouderen. Overal is rekening mee gehouden. Op loopafstand liggen 2 stranden (1 zand en 1 kiezel) waar je ook kan eten. Als je daar heen wilt kan je ook gebracht worden door de familie. Openbaar vervoer stopt voor de deur en kost echt bijna niks Wij gaan hier zeker (met onze kinderen) terug komen
