Que estuvieran pendientes a la llegada, muy buen desayuno, cuidan a los gatitos que llegan a saludar, linda piscina y las habitaciones son muy frescas.

Sugiero adecuar espacios para teletrabajo ya sea en el cuarto o en una zona social, con internet de mayor velocidad.

It was a little good simple place for the purpose.

A beautiful little quiet place!

We absoltely loved our room as it had a balcony which looked over the pool and garden. We were served breakfast in the garden, which was loevly, and a lot of coffee! The staff were super friendly and helpful at all times.

There wasn't any hot water in our room - we told them on the first night, but then nothing happened. We also didn't insist on it as we weren't sure if we'd be staying for two or three days. We put up with it as it was such a beautiful hotel. We mention it again, so we can't say that they didn't do anything about it. The area is OK as it's close to San Antonio and there are plenty of things close by: supermarkets, bars etc. We took taxis to and from the hotel a lot. As with most places in Cali, use your common sense.

Wonderful location and super helpful and kind staff. Very welcoming. Pool was a nice way to get a break from the heat.
