Great to stay in the National Park - very quiet and serene. The staff is super friendly and helpful
We realised that many cafes were going to be closed when we booked but this did prove more of a problem that we anticipated. We had to drive half an hour to buy provisions to cook and cook with. There was very little information regarding cruises and activities available and not much communication forthcoming form the staff. We left a day earlier than planned partly because of the lack of catering facilities. It is a beautiful spot however and we enjoyed our stay.

The website description and pictures did not indicate the "valets" were actually caravan park cabins. They are very nice cabins, modern, and clean, with comfy beds and air con etc. but is misleading, particularly for the price. The website also neglected to say the poolside cafe and bar was not open (although the pool is)...so it was disappointing in terms of what we were expecting in terms of services. The unfortunate young woman checking us in had to absorb our questions and disappointment. This information should be updated on the website. The only restaurant was at the visitor centre, which is a lovely venue with a decent menu.
It was a cute little cabin, well appointed and clean and the location was beautiful. Easy access for our trip on the Gorge. The pool was nice too.

I loved Katherine Gorge and this is the perfect place to stay. Our cabin had everything we needed. The 2 chefs who worked on rotation at the pool bistro and on the sunset dinner cruise blew my mind with the standard of food! An added bonus. 😀 Would recommend to all.
