la atención en el restaurante por parte del mozo un desastre, mala predisposición y al ser un hotel limítrofe con Argentina debería saber hablar en castellano, no se si no sabia o bien se escudaba en eso para no atendernos como corresponde.

A localização é maravilhosa, café da manhã ótimo Ampla Garagem , restaurante do hotel muito bom com preço justo . O hotel atendeu minha solicitação para colocarem meus pais idosos ,sendo um cadeirante em quarto de fácil acesso . Ficaram em um quarto maravilhoso feito especialmente para pessoas com pouca mobilidade.

Meu quarto (triplo) com pouco espaço. Não conseguia nem ter espaço entre as camas , não conseguia nem utilizar o guarda roupas pois não tinha espaço. Só um porteiro que foi grosso , pois paramos o carro perto da rampa para descer um cadeirante, ele queria que estacionassemos longe para descer .

A localização e o cafe da manhã do hotel são os seus pontos fortes.

O quarto que fiquei necessita de uma reforma urgente. Achei ele bem pequeno para 2 pessoas, o guarda roupa nao possui prateleiras, dificultando a organização das roupas. As minhas ficaram na mala a viagem toda, nao tinha onde guardar. Iluminação com acessórios muito velhos, lâmpada desliga sozinha com frequência. Necessita ser trocada. Secador do banheiro nao esquentava, o banheiro muito antigo, sem nenhuma prateleira para acomodar pertencentes
