Bardzo dobre śniadania

pokój z balkonem w praktyce był pokojem, którego balkon bezpośrednio przylegał do dachu basenu otoczonego zewnętrznymi ścianami hotelu, co stanowiło bardzo duże rozczarowanie i poczucie dyskomfortu, takie pokoje powinny być oferowane w znakomicie niższych cenach. Gdybym był uprzedzony o takich rozwiązaniach, to nie zdecydowałbym się na wybór tego hotelu

"Miły hotel na pobyt z rodziną"

Hotel bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, blisko zarówno nad morze, jak i do centrum. Jeśli ktoś podróżuje pociągiem, to dworzec jest dosłownie dwa kroki dalej. Pokoje ładnie urządzone, przestronne i czyste. Dobrze wyposażone, jest wszystko co potrzebne, a nawet i więcej. Na plus również animacje dla dzieci zaplanowane na długi weekend oraz bardzo dobre śniadania. Bardzo miłe i pomocne panie z obsługi sprzątającej oraz z obsługa restauracji. Bogata oferta SPA na niezłym poziomie. Basen czysty, strefa saun i jacuzzi - wszystko na plus. Na miejscu wypożyczalnia rowerów.

Nie ma co liczyć na dobry widok z okna, z jednej strony budowa, z drugiej parking lub ulica. Istnieje możliwość wykupienia obiadokolacji, jednak stosunek ich ceny do jakości jest raczej niewspółmierny. Jedzenie słabe, potrawy na ciepło bez smaku, pieczywo od śniadania i woda lub herbata… za ponad 100 zł od osoby. Druga sprawa to poziom obsługi przy recepcji. Przy zameldowaniu dziewczyna z tabliczką „uczę się”, a za jej plecami bardziej doświadczony kolega. O wszystko trzeba było dopytać, brak chęci do udzielenia szerszej informacji niż wydanie karty do pokoju. Za to rozmowy „na zapleczu” o wiele ciekawsze.
