The Art Hotel Medellin

Position is amazing, in the center of El Poblado, 10min away from Provenza. The hotel is very new, clean and modern. People at hotel are very helpful and gentle

The room is simply amazing but windows cannot be opened so after few showers it started getting very humid. The shower is a walk in shower with half glass closure so it s impossible not to make all the floor wet

Location, staff, bed was very comfortable (pillows not so much) breakfast was good, very clean

Pillows were a bit hard, metal doors to bathroom were hard to close and VERY noisy, especially using the bathroom in the middle of the night. Could hear the bathroom doors and showers from other rooms. The breakfast was good but they ran out of food a few times unless you arrived early

Location, decoration and rooftop for breakfast. If planning to vist the city is a save area to explore the city and nice are and save area to walk at night.

Rooms are not having good isolation. You hear neighbors tv and conversations. Need improvement to cope with this.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The hotel was spotless, and you could tell cleanliness was a priority. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better.

The only downside was that the windows in the room couldn’t be opened, and the room felt a bit dark. Aside from that, everything else was very good.”

Habitación confortable.

Solicitamos cambio de habitación, por lo que la persona en recepción nos dijo que sí y que nos podía incluir el desayuno, al ir al siguiente día nos informaron de que este no se encontraba incluído. No nos solucionaron la situación, por lo que nos parece de muy mal gusto que el hotel cambie las condiciones a sus huéspedes.

Esta en muy buena ubicación cerca de todo, a 10 minutos de la estación de metro.El ambiente del hotel es perfecto, el desayuno es muy bueno y la gente es muy amable.

Otel içinde yürümek, nefes almak istiyorsanız ekstra para vermeniz gerek. Çalışanlar kendi ceplerine para almak için herşeyi ekstra cost a sokmaya çalışıyor. Pazarlık yapın bir miktar düşüyorlar.

The staff especially Daniele and Ismael Are incredible. The room is very nice. The location is good and quiet. The tours you can book are fantastic. And the rooftop is beautiful

As a vegan I wish more vegetables for breakfast like avocado , tomatoes etc. hummus Lentils. There are for sure more vegans on the way .
