La disponibilità del personale alla accoglienza. La signora alla reception al momento del nostro arrivo ci ha immediatamente risolto il problema del terzo letto per la bambina. Camera ampia e ben arredata, con finestra e finestrone. Bagno attrezzato e ben areggiato. Tipica struttura di zona di montagna.

Qualche piccolo dettaglio sulle zanzariere con qualche foro. Per il resto tutto ok.

Esperienza piacevolissima presso quest’hotel immerso nel magico borgo di Petralia Soprana. Struttura nuova, ben rifinita, curata e pulita. Le camere sono comode e accoglienti. Intorno regna una pace che consente di staccare completamente dalla vita frenetica della città. Saremo felici di tornarci presto per fare base e continuare, così, a girare per i meravigliosi borghi delle Madonie!
