The room is clean and sweet, dell warming like staying at the home. The staff is friendly, kind, and nice. We have the early bus to calafate so that we can not eat the breakfast during the offering time. The staff automatically said that she can prepare the breakfast box for us in advance. So kind and considerable.

Convenient and clean place for a stopover. Our room was next to the kitchen and cafe, so it was a bit loud late at night and early the next morning.

The property was very clean and close to all amenities in town with easy walking distance. The restaurant inside was a bonus for coming back late after excursions.

Pros: location, friendly staff, cleanliness Cons: wifi is poor, no shampoo, no hairdryer in rooms.

O hotel é uma graça, super aconchegante e tem um café bem gostoso. Super recomendo.

This is a great little place attached to a cafe that sells amazing cakes, the staff are really friendly and the breakfast was great. The only negative is that there is only one bathroom containing both shower and toilet together for all the rooms so in the evening it is difficult to use the toilet as people are taking their showers

Ótima opção de estadia para famílias em Puerto Natales. A equipe do hostel é super amistosa e prestativa, os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. A localização é excelente. O único reparo que faço é com relação aos chuveiros que estavam danificados. Recomendo.

Very cute hostel with a great cafe. Excellent service and location. Very clean. Enjoyed 3 nights there. The included breakfast is above average.
