I love this guesthouse and everyone who works there! When I arrived I could not find the hotel with my car (this was due to the hills and the fact that I don't drive stick shift very well!!!!) so I parked the car and walked ... found it very easily then! The gentleman came down and helped me move and park my car! He offered to help me with my bags and simply made my entire stay amazing. The woman (I assume they own the guesthouse) was also incredible and showed me how I could hike on foot to the monasteries with a map and was friendly and outgoing! Everyone in the guesthouse was lovely! My room was an apartment and had everything I could imagine. The breakfast was wonderful and the garden beautiful (although I was too tired to enjoy it!) This is the perfect location (between Kastraki and Kalambaka) with a 5 minute walk to two amazing tavernas for dinner in Kastraki! If you want to HIKE to the monasteries I suggest this location since it was super easy to find the hiking trail from the guesthouse!

Very much a Swiss chalet style accommodation. This bed and breakfast is right in the midst of what you have come to see. A bit rustic and dated but that does not detract from the experience.

It's actually a small apartment with a living room and a kitchen. the location is great. highly recommend

Perfect location from which to tour the 6 monasteries

Very cozy hotel. The staff are very nice and friendly. Very comfortable bedroom. Clean and comfortable shower. Strongly recommended.

This hotel was a real find. It offered an extremely charming, comfortable suite (including kitchen) for a very reasonable price. The location near the monasteries of Meteora was FABULOUS! The proprietors were extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Absolutely amazing city, and this hotel is perched up on top of it! We loved our stay. For the price, we expected significantly less. The hotel was rather old (like the city), but very clean and well kept. Beds were larger than advertised (I believe every room was a queen). Book it, you won't regret it.

This was just a one night stay with a rather late arrival and a fairly early departure so we did not get a lot of time to evaluate this property. We did find it very clean and it looked as if the room we stayed in had been recently remodeled. It was actually a suite with a living area, fireplace, and kitchen which, if we had needed it, would have been a very good value for the price. The breakfast they served was excellent---a real winner. The location was ok but a little hard to find. The view of Meteora was nice but not easily seen from my room although I booked a room with a view. Also, and not really significant to me, was that the property was shown to have a lounge with a bar but it was not in operation during my stay. The big complaint about our stay, and this would stop me from booking again, is that the bed was the most uncomfortable one I ever slept on. It was hard and I could feel springs or something hard against my back. The pillows were not comfortable either.

The hotel is a bit difficult to locate. The accomodation is cozy and provide a nice place to relax after a day of outing. It will be better if you have a car to move around.

Beautiful room with decent breakfast. Views of Meteora are unbeatable. Free parking was nice.
