We were very impressed with the service we got from the hotel management. He was very hospitable and ready to help with any questions we had. We stayed here 2 separate times on layovers to and from our destination and had a very good experience here both times.

Staff was very friendly and helped to recommend a place to eat. We choose this hotel as it provided transportation to Incheon airport as we had an early flight. The room was small but well furnished. The only negative was that the room was warm despite using the air conditioning.

Very limited dining

Room was a bit dated, and there was a smell when we arrived. Almost like someone smoked in the room. It did disappear little bit later on. Nice travel amenities provided in the rooms. Bathroom was clean and big. Loved that it had a separate shower head from tub. Close to a nice diner where we walked to get dinner. Front desk service was exceptional. Provided free water bottles, gave dining options upon arrival and we paid for airport service drop off which they provided with their personal vehicles. Would stay again.

A decent place for people with early flights.

Good hotel. A little further away from the airport than expected. The minivan ride is provided for 10000 Korean Won. Free transportation to a local beach. I speak Korean. Not sure the staff speaks English. The VIP room was spacious. The staff was helpful.

The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint that I have is the smell in the bathroom. It has a bad smell of mold by the bathtub. And the towel smelled the same. So we end up using the towel outside the bathroom and our towels

It was OK, condition of the hotel could be better, but OK for short stay.
