Golden Beach Cha-Am Hotel

I didn’t stay at the property as the agent booked a different date to the date I booked so actually didn’t stay at here I had to book an alternative property as there wasn’t any rooms when I tried to confirm with the property

Property receptionist was very informative but you as the agent need to look at what the customer wants to book but don’t adjust the dates as to what I require

Large and spacious room. Very Good breakfast buffet but no bacon. Very helpful and friendly staff. We get our water, coffee, etc. replenished daily. The beach is in front and lovely pool. Lobby Thai decors & furniture are beautiful. Bed pained my back. Broken bed sections, light covers, poor electric wirings, broken phone, very old aircond & exhaust, etc. Dusty and very old room furniture. Dark room if no lights during the day. No balcony clothes hanger. Cleaning staff need training how to clean better.

To much to list from WIFi being very bad unsecured, anyone from the area could log in and get your information. Water pressure was terrible not consistent one min you would showering and it elavat to scolding hot. Had lunch in there restaurant the waiting staff was great the cook was in the back cooking my food then I could hear him coughing and coughing came to the front where I could see him no mask on and coughing on my food food was brought to table and I said something to the waiter and only eat the French fries could not eat anything else, told the front desk and they said they would tell manager. Just an old hotel that has not kept up normal maintenance restaurant shut down 7:30pm. The breakfast buffet is not good Signs are all in Thailand.
