Staff is good,clean and quiet!restaurant food delicious.

Breakfast very limited for that price.Online options for booking breakfast didn’t work.They sold a ticket for tubing online,when we came to resort staff informed us that tubing is closed and they don’t even know when they will open or if they will.Again no updates on website.there is little bored for small kids,because they don’t have much activities besides skiing.also because of rain all roads for walking from parking to the lobby where slippery and they didn’t put salt in most of spaces ,not even on sidewalks.

The Sauna

The breakfast was horrible for 24.99 per person. It's the same breakfast you find at the Hilton for free. The snow tubing wasn't available until DEC 30th. That's 4 days after I was scheduled to stay

Os funcionários não sabiam responder os meus questionamentos sobre a estação de esqui. Não houve arrumação do quarto. O quarto era pequeno para 4 pessoas e as camas desconfortáveis.

We had dinner at the onsite restaurant and the food was good. The surroundings were beautiful and the property wasn't very busy. There were lots of little treats around in baskets for snacking.

It was difficult to find our room, and we needed to go back to the main office, and we had to search. In the photos it looked like our spa tub was much bigger than it was and there was no balcony in our room. My husband had to go ask for a different room which looked much more like the photos, but the spa tub was still very small compared to how the photos made it look. At dinner, our server was inattentive and did not check up on us throughout our meal. Also, although we signed up for the buffet for breakfast, when we arrived we were alerted that there was no buffet, and we would need to order from the menu. We were disappointed, but ordered anyway. The potatoes were served cold and we needed to send them back. While we were provided a discount and the server was very nice about this, we were still disappointed with the hotel's decision not to have a buffet breakfast that morning. Also, the spa and the hot tub at the hotel were closed. We were not alerted to the hot tub being broken until we went to the pool and discovered it for ourselves. We were traveling for a romantic anniversary trip, and unfortunately these things were not helpful in achieving that.

Hot tub was broken and there weren’t elevators where we stayed. In addition the queen beds were kind of small. Otherwise comfortable.

Beautiful lodge facilities

Showers/tubs old, do not deain very well. Some staff is a bit apathetic, most notably the breakfast crew. Bar staff, front desk is great and friendly. Seems like a place some come to get jobs in the area and then wind up resenting the often drunk wedding guests. I cant blame them to a certain extent. Mattress felt like it had a hole in it and has been there since 1972.

The property was very nice. My only complaint would be the lack of parking in the building we were in and that there was no elevator to the second floor. Other than that it was great!
