The hotel is fantastic and incredibly convenient. The staff is very professional and friendly. Keep in mind that due to its central location, the surrounding area is busy and vibrant. We stayed on the first floor, and it wasn’t quiet—but we expected that, and it didn’t bother us at all. We loved that the hotel was clean and comfortable. Being in the heart of Madrid's action meant we could easily walk to restaurants, metro stations, and shops. This area is perfect for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere. Additionally, taxis are extremely easy to find here.

The room was incredibly small, difficult to get in the shower. The window could not be opened as it was on the fire escape. Our thermostat was broken and it was 78 degrees, it was miserably hot. There is a great rooftop bar and the area is great which is why I chose the property.

The room that we stayed in wasn’t vacuumed and there were spider webs on the ceiling. The facility smelled bad. The breakfast area was a nice surprise, many options and tasty.

"Excellent hotel in an excellent location "

Stayed for 3 night's for a city break to watch Real Madrid. Check in was fast and reception staff friendly. Got to our room and was a bit disappointed due to size, faulty AC and single beds, was going to persevere but the AC meant the room was way to stuffy and it was unsafe to open the window due to a fire escape. Spoke to reception and they moved us no issues into a huge room massive queen bed and a balcony - thjs was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was 16 euros eaxhand whilst fresh and some choice im sure better value olaces are nearby. Sky lounge was really cool with great views and excellent staff. Location of hotel is perfect and lots of places in easy walking distance. Hotel gets my recommendation for sure and I'd definitely stay here again. Hotel made our trip even better.

The room we stayed in was in poor condition and did not meet our expectations. The bathroom was particularly concerning, as it appeared to be old and in need of renovation. The paint was peeling, the fixtures were rusted, and there was a musty smell. Overall, our experience in this room was very unpleasant. I really want my money back. It was a terrible experience.
