"Quick overnight stay"

The staff tried to help us with our issue as best they could. They changed all of our sheets and gave us a candle to hide the smell.

We got a room and it was a smoking room, although they tried to initially tell us it wasn't until I told them there was an ashtray in the room. Our family is sensitive to smoke and my husband has asthma so it was quite uncomfortable to breathe.

Higher quality amenities than I was expecting for the price, exceptionally helpful gentleman at the front desk when I needed to print documents

No airport shuttle - Due to chaos at IAH it was hard to get there without one
