Location.

Our blankets and sheets were dirty, the bunk beds had blood on the sheets. The blankets had not been washed either.

We loved everything about the dolphin Yamba! It rained most of the weekend but the kids were very entertained by all the facilities they had to offer.

Liked our location.. close to beach and close to all kids activities.

I paid for an upgrade, because I was originally in a different room. I believed this would be a decent upgrade, but was actually a downgrade, the unit stunk, plates were not clean so couldn't use until I washed them, bathroom was dirty and stunk of urine.. was so little compared to other unit we were meant to have. The main door to the property was faulty.. we were locked in a couple of times and had to wait for staff to let us out.
