I like the garden

Everythink fine.

Clean and well equipped apparment, very secure and safe. Great host Amin help us with some good pointers for local attractions and made us fell welcomed.

A little bit noisy from the busy road outside.

Clean, comfortable rooms in a great location. The breakfast was always fresh and delicious with option for massemam, omelette, or cream of wheat with juice and hot Beveridge. The hotel is undergoing renovations which will make this excellent place to stay even more beautiful. The garden out back is delightful and a lovely place to eat or just relax with a tea. Every single member of the staff are so helpful, welcoming, and friendly. I keep coming back to this place each stay in Marrakech.

Like many riads and hotels across Morocco, some of the bathrooms do have a bit of black mold, but only one room in all that i stayed in over multiple stays actually triggered my allergy. If you are sensitive, ask to see the room and bathroom before accepting to make sure its a good room for your allergy needs.

Location opposite of train station

No towels, only one sheet on Matratze but no sheet to cover, just blanket. Luckily I returned from the mountains..

Poor state of the room grubby and old bedding . Room was very tired in general.

This location was perfect for the multiple weeks of dental work I was having done nearby. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops, and stores within a few blocks. But the location is also close enough to visit the tourist spots too. Quiet at night even though its almost directly across from the train station. The main bus station is also within walking distance. Every single person working at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, always saying hello. The cleaning staff work hard to keep every inch spotless. And the kitchen staff make sure breakfast downstairs is always tasty and made fresh to order. I really appreciated a night reception on duty when I landed very late on my arrival. He ensured a warm and thoughtful welcome on my check in and spoke perfect English which was a huge relief. After traveling for 18 hours, any French I may have ever known had evaporated. The hotel is undergoing some renovations currently which will make this excellent hotel sparkle as brightly as everyone working here!

The only thing I didn't like was something the hotel had absolutely no control over- getting bitten by a mosquito repeatedly because I left the window open on the warm nights instead of using the air conditioning.
