La propreté excellente. On arrive à écouter le calme.bon coin de se reposer tout en exerçant des activités.

Serviettes pour la piscine: il faut se déplacer et laisser 1 caution . Ça dérange. Pour les jus au restaurant je propose de mettre des étiquettes sur les bouteilles pour différencier entre les types.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la qualité du service et l’accueil chaleureux du personnel. Les réceptionnistes, les agents de sécurité et les femmes de ménage ont tous été très professionnels, aimables et attentifs. Un remerciement particulier à Najwa pour son excellent travail et son suivi rigoureux. Elle veille à ce que tout soit parfait après le ménage et s’assure du confort des clients. Grâce à toute l’équipe, mon séjour au Zalagh Kasbah Hotel & Spa a été très agréable.

Rien de particulier. Tout s’est très bien passé.

Perfect location with being a 10 minute taxi ride into the center of Marrakesh, great pools and friendly staff, would recommend if you didn’t want to be permanently in the hustle & bustle of the center

Un excellent hôtel qui a largement répondu à mes attentes. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme et d’une réelle gentillesse tout au long du séjour. L’ambiance est agréable et les services proposés sont de qualité.
