清掃を依頼しましたがされておりませんでした。ベッドは期待しないほうがいいです。

후기가 좋지않아 걱적을 많이 했는데 생각 보다는 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하여 좋았습니다

シャワーを浴びると、浴室と部屋を区切る壁から水漏れがあり部屋中水浸しになりました。スタッフに伝えるもよくあるとのことで、タオルを多めにもらうで終わりました。2日目はタオルで堰き止めることで水浸しにはなりませんでしたが、ホテルとしてこの設備はとても不快でした。大雪で傘を貸してくれたりとスタッフは優しかったですし、下にセブンイレブンあるのは助かりました。

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Korea. The location is great: 10min walking from the staying and several bus stops close by(even in front of the hotel). The staff were amazing! They have 24h front desk and all the staff learn and remember you. Front desk staff and cleaning crew were the best at all times! Pretty much sure the even cleaned my room twice a day. There’s a convenience store attached to the hotel, perfect for all times. They also have washing and dryer machine on the underground level. They offer free drinks, such as: water, coffee, sodas, etc. If needed you can keep your luggage with them until check in time or even after check out. The room was perfect! For solo or couples is the exact size and space needed. Shower+bathtub, toilet and sink are all separated, there were 2 big desks and one small one, two chairs. The room is equipped with AC, heater, TV, mini fridge, hair dryer, basic hair care(brushes, gel). The TV is huge, with access to internet, Netflix and YouTube. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and clean(4 pillows and an amazing duvet). The only thing that could be improved is an extra light over the mirror, since the window is really small, so people can put make up on easier.

모기 및 청결상태가 좋지 않음

Even though website said English speaking very little English was spoken. WiFi instructions posted in elevator all in Korean. Tv lost connection. Hallway rug on floor 5 is dirty and very dark on floor. My room number was dropped from WiFi list and used google translate to explain issue. Got answer I don’t understand. Had to call another hotel or translation service for me to explain issue. Asked for directions to coex mall didn’t know. Asked about tours said no tours but a tour pamphlet in reception area. Room was very small but clean. Shower worked well.

色々な口コミをみて、衛生面などやや心配していましたが、広々清潔でした。聖水には近いのでカフェ好きには良い立地ですが、その他へのアクセスはやや微妙。余裕のある旅なら良いと思います。お風呂もバスタブがあら、清潔でした。
