The location

Its old, outdated with an odor, noone was at the front desk in the evening and Noone was at desk in the morning. The parking was a terrible location and I thought the one directly on the side should be available or the front desk should valet park so you don't have to walk 4 blocks away and then come back. It defeats the purpose of staying so close to the Toyota center
