駅直は凄くよい。下階にUNIQLOあるのも便利。２度目の利用です。新横浜はここ以外考えられない。清潔、静か。各階のウォーターサーバー便利。

朝食は前回より良くなった。でもやっぱり何か足りない。手作りオムレツ目玉焼きは良い。お粥、雑穀米も良い。おかずの目玉がほしい！手作り感あるおかず。

"Fantastic convenient location with everything you need."

Good, clean rooms. Very quiet despite being on a train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was the best - straight down the lift to all the shops and facilities of the station and quick access to the trains.

The breakfast was very busy and a lot of food items ran out and weren't being restocked.
