In case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours): please inform the residence reception using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. You may also mention this information in the “Special Requests” section in addition to your phone call. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen area and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included, but can be added as optional services after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. Pets are allowed (maximum 1 per accommodation) at an additional cost (€12/day or €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. For group bookings (from 5 accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days before arrival. Please contact us. A valid photo ID and a credit card will be required upon check-in. A €300 security deposit will be requested upon arrival. It will be released after your stay, subject to the accommodation being returned in good condition (in accordance with the inventory check).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
