"Beautiful location but not a 5 star hotel. Would only stay 1-2 nights max."

The location is amazing and the private beach for hotel guests is handy, although very small and the lifeguard is super rude. The manager was very helpful and apologetic when we complained about our bed linen being dirty and room not cleaned properly.

The food is below average Most of the staff are unpleasant and unhelpful It didn’t have a friendly energy about it.

The location is one of the main reasons you would stay here. The rooms are modern and decorated nicely, although very small

Most of the staff are rude. Not sure if it’s just a thing with Italy, we found in general that hospitality staff were abrupt and unhelpful. The hotels lifeguard was extremely rude to guests. There was only one lady on reception that was helpful. The rest were not interested and treated us like we were a major inconvenience. The food is terrible too. Breakfast is dismal.

Avoid this hotel and Expedia at all costs. We paid Expedia for an additional guest, only to be charged again at checkout by the hotel who indicated that "the extra person fee is something charged by the hotel, not Expedia", despite a detailed invoice showing it had been paid. After returning home, Expedia may pathetic efforts to recover the funds, only to say that partner policy dictates refunds. Only visit this hotel if you wish to be defrauded.
