mi sono trovato subito bene, accoglienza e praticità all'arrivo, ottima camera, servizi e informazioni ed alla fine del soggiorno mi han concesso di lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio. Grazie. Penso di tornarci e lo consiglio

Rund um ein gutes Hotel

It was a huge positivum we recived cleaning service everyday. Clean towels every day, clean floor (brushed and mopped), folded bed sheets. Very nice staff. The family room was very cute, attractive. Breakfast great. Bar staff very kind and always smiling, reception staff very helpfull. Animators was also very nice and they spoke different languages. Good programs for the kids.

We were disappointed at the dinner. First, we didn't understand how its work. We needed to choose from a menu, one choice of a starter, needed to choose 1 out of 4 first dishes and 1 out of 4-second dishes. We were expecting a buffet and the staff at the dinner (also breakfast) didn't speak English and they could not explain how its works so I needed to go to the reception to ask. (Reception staff was very nice all the time) The food was nice and very creatively served however was very small portions and most nights we stayed hungry. Deserts were lots and delicious we could compensate with it. Every night the servants misunderstand something. Ect: we ordered iced tea and we received fizzy orange. We ordered still water we received sparkling water. We ordered starters for everyone but a few times they didn't bring it for the young kid and also the main dish. So basicly non of the dinner time was smooth

Hilfbereit bei Problemen, beim Abendessen wurde unsere 2 jährige Sohn immer Beschäftigt das wir in ruhen essen könnten:)
