Très jolie vue, pour un hotel très sympathique et un personnel vraiment adorable et aidant.

Nous avons choisi cet hotel aussi car il accepte les chiens. Mais nous n'avions pas été informé que nous ne pouvions pas emmener notre petite chienne (qui est très calme, pour info) a l'espace petit-déjeuner. Nous avons donc du la laisser dans la chambre ce qui l'a beaucoup stressée. Nous aurions été informés, nous nous serions organisés pour çà en avance. C'est dommage. Les produits dans la salle de bains manquaient (savon pour les mains).

Good breakfast, very beautiful views. Not a lot of mentions about it but there is an elevator from outside of level 0 (reception) to the parking lots at the foot of the hill, so you don't have to walk the winding road to get there. From downstairs you need to go along the tourist bus parkings and into the tunnel that will lead you to the elevator (there are some directions along the path).

No dedicated parking spots, there are some free parking spots near the hotel and along the road, but that doesn't guarantee you get one - it was pretty full even in February. There are paid parkings at the foot of the hill and one more about halfway uphill. Weak Wi-Fi, maybe only on level 6, but nonetheless. Signal is weak, keeps disconnecting and asking for login again and again.

Driving from Palermo and touring Mt. Etna, we made it to hotel at night. There wasn't any place to park the car to check in, so I parked the car in front of the gates. As we checked in, I asked the receptionist where the parking lot is. He replied...the streets! After circling several times to find parking, I asked again where is the parking lot? He replied, a lot is down the hill. We found it, only to realize it was 3 blocks away going up a steep hill. The room was spacious with a balcony, but the Stand-Up Coffin Shower was a JOKE! This hotel is ideal if you're in a large tour group, not as individual or family.
