Kriti Beach Hotel

Piękny hotel, w idealnej lokalizacji. Tuż przy plaży z darmowymi leżakami, 10 minut spacerkiem do starego miasta. W pobliżu liczne restauracje. Piękny apartament na najwyższym piętrze, z jacuzzi i widokiem na morze. Niespodzianka w pokoju w postaci szampana i deski owoców. Śniadania przepyszne, różnorodne, było wszystko co potrzeba. Duży wybór, na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla sobie. Pyszny świeżo wyciskany sok z pomarańczy, w niedzielę nawet prosecco :) Przesympatyczna i pomocna obsługa w całym hotelu. Gorąco polecam! Zdecydowanie 5 gwiazdek!

The hotel is owned by the "OK Hotel" chain and that is the best way to describe the hotel, it was OK. First of all the staff were amazing and excellent. Helpful, friendly and a credit to the hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and tidy. The food was average, tasty but a bit "samey" - to be fair, the meats (Chicken, Pork and especially the Lamb were great.) but if you were veggie, it would be disappointing. Down as 5 star (but we never go from these ratings) and it certainly would not be 5. Overall, Okay.

Walkable location to explore old town Rethymnon and easy beach access. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

The breakfast was very good mainly thanks to the very kind and helpful chefs working in the kitchen. They were polite, welcoming and clearly doing their best to provide a pleasant experience for the guests. However, for a 5-star hotel the breakfast does not meet the expected standard. It would be perfectly acceptable for a 3- or 4-star hotel, and in that case I would even rate it as excellent. But for a hotel that advertises itself as 5 stars, the variety and overall level should be higher.

The room we booked was supposed to accommodate three adults. In reality it is a room for two adults with a small extra bed clearly intended for a child. The hotel should inform guests about this in advance. An adult sleeping for six nights on such a bed will most likely end up with serious back pain. Our room (number 121) was located on the first floor in what felt more like a basement area, right next to the service entrance where deliveries for the hotel take place. Sleeping was possible only until around 6 a.m., after which the noise started — deliveries, unloading products and taking out garbage. If you are offered this room, I strongly recommend refusing it. When I asked for another room, the hotel offered one only with an additional charge of 50 euros per day. There was also a very strange internal door connecting our room with room 120. Because of this thin door, the sound insulation was practically nonexistent. When the guest in room 120 was whispering on the phone, it sounded as if he was inside our room. Privacy and quiet were clearly not part of the experience. Regarding cleanliness, I prefer to be honest. The carpet in the corridor leading to the room was extremely dirty. During our six-day stay the bed sheets were not changed even once, although the towels were changed every day. Room cleaning was minimal. For example, the ashtray on the balcony remained full of cigarette butts for the entire six days and was never emptied. The room was also not vacuumed during our stay. In my opinion, Booking also shares part of the responsibility because the room description was misleading. Overall, the location and the kitchen staff were the only positive aspects of our stay.

Sehr netter und persönlicher Service. Das Personal hat stets versucht uns Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen abzulesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet und der Service dort war herausragend. Alles in allem ein großartiger Urlaubsaufenthalt.

Un emplacement de choix, à deux pas de la vieille ville. Un bel hôtel avec un équipement de qualité. Chambres spacieuses, une décoration soignée et un petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Tout le personnel est aux petits soins.

Super Hotel w kurorcie Retimno. Bardzo ładna miejscowość. Są tacy co uważają że najładniejsza na Krecie. Pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane obsługa na najwyższym poziomie w końcu Hotel ma 5 gwiazdek.. Hotel posiada swoją plażę z leżakami które były darmowe na plaże Pani z obsługi przynosiła napoje za które oczywiściekazdy płacił . Parking przy Hotelu w cenie 10 euro doba trzeba wcześniej rezerwować i opłacić zaraz ze względu na ograniczoną liczbę miejsc parkingowych. Mały basen przy Hotelu. Obfite śniadania i obiadokolacje szwedzki stół bardzo duży wybór potraw i dań greckich I europejskich. . Wszystkie Napoje za dopłatą do kolacji..Kolacja od 19 godz do 21 godz.. Do centrum starego miasta i starego portu i twierdzy spacerkiem 15 minut wzdłuż plaży. Blisko. Szczególnie podziękowania dla Pana Konstantinos Concierge Hotelu Kirti który był bardzo miły i uprzejmy dla nas przez cały pobyt opiekował sie nami i pomagał nam. Człowiek o dobrym sercu. Ale nie zdążyliśmy mu podziękować i pożegnać się z nim ze względu na wczesny wyjazd a nie było go jeszcze w pracy. Mogę polecić ten Hotel każdemu.

Wszystko mi się podobało..

Well located hotel opposite the beach. Hotel was nice, clean and had a great breakfast offering. The staff were also very good, both the bellboy and man at reception were friendly and helpful.
