We were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent. Above all, the friendly and cordial staff make me recommend the hotel to others. If you want to visit Rethymno, come here.

Great hotel with its own private beach spot! Amazing location right at the beautiful beach promenade nerby historical center, nice, clean and spacy rooms, very friendly staff and excellent food. I can only recommend this choice and look forward to come back!

Hotel facilities and services were exceptional. Staff at this hotel were of a high standard. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

I have been staying at the Hotel for many years, always friendly staff and service, this year 2024 I encountered rudeness and rudeness from the staff on the beach, not polite to children, women, unpleasant staff. I will be looking for a new hotel for my vacation. I will not recommend this hotel anymore.No

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Outstanding, all of them! The location is very handy for both the beach and a short walk to the old town. Nice view of the beach if you have one of the suites etc. The hotel itself is a bit dated. If you are used to 5* hotels around the world, you won't get that. It is all decent and functional but just bits here and there are a bit like we used to do things in the naughties 😊 two double beds pushed together to make a king etc etc... Overall nice stay though. The old town is excelled for places to eat and go out. The beach is nice, great water.

The hotel is very nice, neat and clean. the location is excellent, the beach is beautiful, the food is very diverse and delicious. the only pool is very small, but it didn't matter to us. in any case we recommend this hotel. the staff is friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, the towels in the room are changed every day. beach towels every third day

This hotel is amazing. There were 21 of us all together and the staff treated us like family. They went above and beyond. The location is the best, right across the street from the beach and a 5 minute walk into the charming old town. But again, the staff is what makes this hotel phenomenal. Nothing! Everything was perfect for us.

We loved everything about this property, but especially the amazing staff that knew us after day one! They were the friendliest staff we ever have encountered. The rooms were very clean, great air conditioning, nice showers, breakfast delicious, we did have the evening buffet once because it was Greek evening with entertainment which was a lot of fun and tasty. Location is the best!
