Comfortable bed and larger than average room with a useful balcony We liked to use the pool in the afternoons. Breakfast was excellent. Parking useful. An easy 20 min walk to the lake.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with two balconies and overall provides a pleasant stay. However, there were several aspects that did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property. One of the main disappointments was that both the indoor and outdoor pools were unavailable during our stay, despite being advertised as available on the hotel's official website. This significantly affected our experience, as these facilities were among the reasons we chose the hotel. The room itself was comfortable and generously sized, but the bathroom lacked the amenities typically expected from a 5-star hotel. There were very few towels provided for a couple, and essentials such as bathrobes and slippers were not available. These details may seem minor, but they contribute greatly to the overall guest experience and level of comfort. While the property has potential and some positive features, greater attention to facilities availability and guest amenities would be needed to fully justify its 5-star rating.
