"Awful never again!"

Nothing really it was a convenient location for the event we had planned

The smell in the bathroom was awful and prevented me from showering and getting ready for a wedding. We only live in Hitchin and was going to go back hole to get ready, but we had a drink in the bar before we went to our room. I contacted the hotel on my return and didn’t hear back.

Located in a quiet village. The food was very good. Bed linen and towels were clean. Nice touch of individual shower gel and shampoo. Kettle in room with tea/coffee and biscuits.

It’s a busy village pub so No quiet lounge to sit in as guests and relax with a coffee, it’s either the bar or the bed. The bedrooms could do with a little TLC and a better vacuum cleaner.

"Didn't stay long enough to write a report!"

Nice building, but not much else.

Room too small. Two small windows, no air conditioning and the hottest day of the year, I left within one hour arriving! Also not impressed with the menu on offer. Reception staff were AWOL!
