・スーパーが近く、買い出しが楽だった ・部屋数が多かったので、家族５人年齢差のある兄弟も快適に過ごせた ・洗濯機、乾燥機があったので、旅行中の洗濯が非常に助かった ・海外生活の雰囲気を存分に味わえた ・キッチン用具も揃っていて調理に助かった
