Lovely room in semi chalet wonderful views frim room stoep. Swimming pool refreshing and clean. Outdoor Jacuzzi lovely. Very smart restaurant area with spectacular views. Staff very polite and helpful. .

It would be great if Spa included in the facilities.

All four of our group used the sane word - soulless. Everyone and everything worked as they should but without heart One complaint of uncomfortable bed
