zentrale Lage, Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, Föhn im Bad, großes Zimmer mit großem Kleiderschrank, Parkplatz vor Ort, Freibad gleich nebenan, Manege (Jugendzentrum/ Hochzeitslocation) ebenso, schattiger Kinderspielplatz in fußläufiger Entfernung

leider kein Frühstück (aber dafür Bäckereien und Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung), im Dachgeschoss recht warm im Hochsommer, Einrichtung etwas altbacken, aber sehr sauber

Friendliness of the staff/owners. The garden. Ten minutes from the airport, yet a village feel. Excellent value for the money.

It is a bit bare one. Perfectly fine for a solo traveler staying a single night, but no more than that.
