Sehr nah an Strandpromenade 2 Schlafräume mit 4 Betten

massiver Verkehrslärm durch Busse und LKW, weil Straße zur Terrasse (Av. de Madrid) Hauptstrecke Buslinien - kein Schallschutz (einer der. Schlafräume ist zum Glück zum Hof mit deutlich weniger Lärm).Gilt für alle Apps im Gebäude Montemar. Das gebuchte App. bräuchte dringend Renovierung, Fussbodenkacheln mit Sprüngen und sogar lose. Küchenmöbel sehr alt. Schubladen schließen teilweise nicht mehr. Ansonsten alles ok.

Locatie top en ook Nederlands sprekende beheerder aanwezig. Mooi groot balkon

Bedden zijn oud en matrassen zijn doorgezakt. Rugklachten na elke nacht is niet prettig.

"Buena relación calidad precio y ubicación"

Muy buena ubicación, al lado de la playa. Zona tranquila para dormir. Restaurantes cerca, entre 10-25' caminando hay muchos. Limpian la habitación varias veces por semana. Se aparca fácil en la zona y tienen algunas plazas de pago dentro. Hay un par de piscinas y algunas hamacas. La terraza de la habitación es enorme.

Hay que tener en cuenta que son apartamentos antiguos, que no tienen ni aire acondicionado, lavadora ni lavavajillas. Pero cumplen de sobra para unos días.
