Bathrooms to small , the rooms on the street are noisey

does what it says on the tin! we booked this hotel due to its convenient location, about a 5 minute walk to the train station, a 10 min walk to the ferry and sorrento centre. the room was fine, however, lacked storage and a fridge would have come in really useful. we booked a balcony, however, the only view we had was a wall which was disappointing. saying that we were around the back of the hotel on the pool side and traffic noise was minimal. the bed was comfy and towels were changed daily. some small toiletries are included, a kettle, some tea coffee, no milk (could have done with some uht cartons seen as though no fridge). theres a hairdryer in the bathroom aswell. the pool area was great, surrounded by a lovely little garden with lemon trees, they obviously work hard to maintain it. the pool bar serves drinks and has a menu, the prices arent bad and the food and drinks are really good. the breakfast was good, fresh cakes, croissants, always a bowl of fruit, two types of cereal, yoghurt from a machine, coffee from a machine. there is a little menu where you can order one dish each from per day, i ordered from it a few times and it was good. the staff were helpful, they were efficient and helped us with any queries we had. would i stay here again? for the location, yes, if you are looking for luxury this hotel is not for you but was fine for us for a week of sightseeing

As lead customer, I booked the names on each room within Booking.com, when we arrived the reception gave us the keys, but not allocated the rooms correctly, so after we got to our rooms, some people were in the wrong room and when we spoke to reception they said sort it out yourselves, but it was difficult to basically downgrade someone after they had unpacked and then move somebody out of a room they like. The main reason was the fact we booked the pool view room and ended up in a roadside room and this was very noisy next to the road, and due to the noise levels, we would not return to this hotel.
