For the price that you pay they provide excellent service. The view that you get is incredible. Bus services is right in the front. Restaurants are nearby . Overall it was a good experience 😇

There is nothing that we didn't like.

Super friendly office staff, very clean and well-serviced room.

The room is basic and functional. It's noisy on weekends, due to the pub.

Staff was great!! Brenda at the front desk was incredibly helpful and the cleaning staff even helped clean off the cars after a big snowfall. Location fantastic, you can walk most places in town and there was an incredible view. I would stay here again for sure

The location and the quality of the room were great. Especially for the price.

Could have done with some grit down in the car park as it was frozen over.

Sliding bathroom door doesn’t give a lot of noise privacy. Room was very hot even with the furnace turned off.

Great downtown location, the staff cleaned the snow off all the cars in the parking lot in the morning which was so nice! Zero issues with noise. You get a discount at the Drake restaurant!

Washrooms and towels are a little grungy, outdoor parking, beds and pillows a little hard and sad. Generally a bit outdated but well located and a good option for the price!
