Office hours are as follows: -From 1 Oct to 31 May the front desk is open from Sundays - Thursdays from 09:00 until 17:00, and Friday - Saturday from 08:00 until 22:00 -From 1 June to 31 October hours are from 08:00 until 22:00 Guests planning to arrive outside reception hours must contact the property in advance to make special check-in arrangements. Please note that there is no elevator or air conditioning at this property. Please contact the property directly to ensure pet friendly rooms are available. A maximum of 2 dogs can be accommodated per room Please note We feature live music on Fridays & Saturdays until 2am. Guest's with Three Sisters Standard Two Queen rooms and King Supreme rooms, are beside the pub. These rooms are not recommended for light sleepers.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. The location is excellent, with beautiful mountain and creek views. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the upgrade made our stay even more special. The hotel staff and management were wonderful — they handled a small issue professionally and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

Location location - excellent mountain views. Parking included - great beds - great restaurant. The manager David was sooo accommodating and the staff was excellent!

There was some confusion contacting the hotel for prepayment on the advice of Booking.com however we did get in touch in time and the matter was explained. The carpets had not been vacuumed but everything else was very clean .

The view of the room is awesome with the mountain view and the small lake. The location is perfect as it's within walking distance to the downtown. The room is clean and the bed is comfy!Will definitely book back this hotel when we back next time!
