Office hours are as follows: -From 1 Oct to 31 May the front desk is open from Sundays - Thursdays from 09:00 until 17:00, and Friday - Saturday from 08:00 until 22:00 -From 1 June to 31 October hours are from 08:00 until 22:00 Guests planning to arrive outside reception hours must contact the property in advance to make special check-in arrangements. Please note that there is no elevator or air conditioning at this property. Please contact the property directly to ensure pet friendly rooms are available. A maximum of 2 dogs can be accommodated per room Please note We feature live music on Fridays & Saturdays until 2am. Guest's with Three Sisters Standard Two Queen rooms and King Supreme rooms, are beside the pub. These rooms are not recommended for light sleepers.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. "It was quick (got in late, and left early) but was exactly what we needed."

The lady at the front desk (She was born in Canmore. I think she said she was about 30 yrs old) - was very welcoming. She was friendly. And she told us we had been upgraded to a little bit bigger room! Great view! Staff (from Australia.. a young girl) our waitress at the restaurant was very good and nice too!

It's a little bit dated, but thats expected for the price and type of hotel. ;)

Amazing location and view!

It was quiet cause I went in April but I could see it getting pretty loud in the summer with the patio open.
