Nice property

We had a wonderful stay and cannot say enough about Marco, our fantastic host! We stayed for 10 days. The location of the hotel is central with a brief walk to one of Christchurch’s largest malls, with a food court, Kmart and lots of other stores. There is close access to the City bus too, which we used daily! Our room was lovely. It was cleaned daily, dishes washed, beds made, fresh towels, coffee/tea/hot chocolate packets and cookies. There is a patio too! Continental breakfast is available upon request along with access to laundry. Marco was very attentive to any help we needed and truly understands the importance of excellent customer service that really makes a difference! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Everything about this accommodation was amazing. Check in was quick and efficient with a little welcome package of soft drink, milk and beer and greeted by Marco and his beautiful little dog. The room is clean and comfortable with the softest of softest sheets and an awesome triangle bath. With a little kitchenette. Westfield shopping centre and shops are a short walk up the road and public transport is easy to get around. Getting the bus to the accommodation is easy and cheap. It’s also not too far a walk from the city.

Dog accompanies the staff most of the time. Some people may be allergic to the pets which need to be avoided.

We had booked a 2 bedroom exwcutive apartment for a family of 4. When asked Marco ( the property manager) whether there was any road noise, he suggested (and offered) that we stay in a 2 bedroom townhouse as it was very quiet and away from traffix noise. We accepted the townhouse as we didnt want any noise during the nighttime. Overall it was a comfortable stay. The townhouse is older than I expected and compared to the apartment that I originally booked. Beds were comfortable, but felt like some of the edge springs might have been broken as there was no support if layed on the edge, otherwise very comfortable and clean. Shower had a very low disappoiting pressure and was also leaking a bit, otherwise clean shower box. TVs need upgrading as they seem to be too old and very dim to enjoy anything. Curtains and drape need a refresh too. Also would suggest one additonal mirror somewhere other than bathroom. This could be a life saver when travelling with 3 girls.

Excellent five nights stay, very attentive owner Marco who looked after us well. Friendly dog, Skittle, was a hit with our two young children. Spa bath was a bonus! Would stay again.

Good location

Great location, very conveniently placed next to Westfield with lots of options for food!

Liked the complimentary beverages and overall stay was good for price. Spa needs upgraded didn’t really work and skirting boards behind bedside table were very dusty when pulled out to plug in phone charger 🙂
